If you are creative and have a dremel or other rotory tool I'm sure you could make your own motor mount. And as far as getting 2 lipos to fit you might be able to get a couple of shorty or saddle packs to fit but it would be best to take measurements first.

The motor mount for the voltage is integrated into the chassis and is non-replaceable, so if you broke it you have to get a whole new chassis. Also if you are wanting to put in larger packs or multiple packs you're going to have to get really creative because the stock battery bay is only able to fix 2s lipos in it and nothing larger.
