I have a arrma voltage and when I drive the gears in the rear make a grinding noise, it doesn't make the noise when I pick it up and only when it's on the ground. Anyone know what is happening?

Check your diff outdrive cups they often strip. Then if there fine take the spur gear cover off and check the spur/top shaft gear. The spur/top shaft can be pulled all the way out to check it. If that's good also then it could a lot more involved in taking and splitting the whole chassis apart to check the diff and idler gear. But again often just the diff cups strip so check those first they slide right off the diff outputs.
