Oh wtf when did they change that? The last laptop I had had a replaceable cpu.
Looks like Dell, Alienware, Asus, HP and Acer still make laptops with upgradable cpus.

Probably the high end ones. As far as I've understood, CPUs are integrated with the MOBO, as it's cheaper. Also, it avoids people damaging stuff that falls within warranty. I'm sure we all know the current state of right to repair.
