Balanced Lipos

So my “smart charger” (spektrum s150) usually charges my Lipos to 12.61-12.63 volts and never balances them evenly, I get 4.20 volts on one or 2 cells and the others are 4.21-4.19, does the .01-.02 make that much of a difference? I know I definitely need to get a better balancer/tester because the pos Chinese garbage one I got off amazon isn’t useful for anything but draining charge while not balancing.

Get one of these capacity checkers off Ebay, they're cheap and accurate.

To avoid future confusion how much is considered unbalanced? 4.20,4.20,4.24 is the most they’ve ever been out.

The 4.24 is a little off but I wouldn't worry about that, just keep using it.
