Just curious if anyone makes alloy front and rear bumper/bash guards, skid plates? And is it worth the money? Want to build a radical Mojave! And does anyone make a high-end body for that chassis?

No such animals.
Bumpers need to be plastic/composite. Never Alloy. No one makes them for that reason.
Mojave bodies are your only replacements, that I know of. It is unique in size. Perhaps buy a clear one and custom paint it.
Honestly I don't know what a "high-end' body means. Is the stock Mojave body Low-End. Mine doesn't appear so. 🤷‍♂️

As @SrC said alloy bumpers are a huge no, all it does is transfers the impact into breaking something else (usually more costly)

M2c do an alloy skid plate, whether they wear as quick as the rpm one is negligible.

Scorched rc do a titanium plate which is slightly longer too and nice if sparks are your thing,

Unbreakable body is an option, they're pig ugly but serve a purpose for a basher when all said and done.
