Day one of its life, totally standard except for the T-bone bumper..

So it looks like it's going full beef..!!?

Mojave arms, axles, M2C droops, Kraton/outcast hex's, hub carriers, stub axles,

Rubber bearings all round.. and ABEC5's in the diffs x3

All shimmed..

Axle hex's shimmed, plastic spacers replaced with 0.8mm stainless washers

Diffs rebuilt R30k F60k, ABEC5 bearings in orange this time..?

Outcast diffs, Senton towers..?

1st parts complete..??

Thats it for now, I've run out of money..???

Bought 3x bodies to go with all that paint, but not sure what one I'm going to use yet..?

Quick update on this one,
I'm still amounting parts for this project, Jenny's parts should be here by the weekend..? ( just got royalmail ransom card ? )
I need to order another RX and some other bits n' bobs..
What's holding me up though is the ?? weather here in the UK, I need to paint bodies or I can't run it..??

1 month has passed and I've not done much other than spend money and wait for parts..??
Some of the below parts aren't for the Typhon, but most are..?
M2C, GKA, ScorchedParts...?

Bought the stock Senton towers originally, then decided to go Titanium..? ( ScorchedParts )

Finally built up the diffs/towers, can't decide if I want to order M2C stand offs..?? Think I'll stay stock till I bend'em...
I did get the M2C shock bushes though, and just as I expected they fit much better than stock..??

Top tip I learnt from Mitch aka M2C, put nuts on the back of the tower bolts as it spreads the load and stops the bolts ripping through..??

I've been waiting for ages on some dry weather to paint my body ? and at last today I got some paint on it..?
Next up will be the shocks/springs and fit the arms together...

Nice one. Doing the same but based on a Senton. At the moment going with Typhon arms but Mojave arms will follow. Using ALZA Racing 7075 alu towers and some other parts ( @BashingBrian since you are in the UK this would be also an import tax sensitive option ;-) )
I think the newly announced MX28 Belted will be a great fit! MX 28 Belted

I've recently for the last 3-4 weeks been trying to paint a body..!!! I'm going to create a separate thread for it, then add the finished body to this thread..??

I'm still stockpiling parts, but I think the main chassis will be finished next weekend...?

Had some leftover stainless steel mesh from my Infraction project..? so thought I'd spruce up the ESC and keep some dirt out..??
