Looking into getting a gensacearespammers lipo for my Kraton. Anyone run them? Are they worth the money? Or should I just stay with Amazon cheap lipos like ovonic/hoovo/zee

My gensacearespammers is my oldest battery and it is still very well balanced. I’ve had to toss 2 ovonics in half that time but it’s hard to blame the battery since they were abused from multiple ejections and being soft case.

I think smc are a good middle ground and they are by far some of my punchiest batteries. I would definitely recommend them for bashing especially in the heavier 6s trucks where a little oomph can really help.

Yes- I have gens-ace-r-spam 6s Basher Series 6800, also some Ovonic & Zeee. I can tell the gens-ace-r-spam is a better battery. Although nothing wrong with Zeee or Ovonic. They are fine. The Ace of Gens charges better & has better run times, but marginal. I have two 3s 6800 Gens also- good . My last battery purchase was Zeee though. I gotta stay save $$ here & there.

My lipo’s are all Gens and CNHL (identical mah and cells). I don’t notice any difference, so with weekly CNHL sale deals it’s an easy choice.

CNHL Racing 6200 mah 90c is what I run religiously in my kraton, I've read nothing but good stuff on the gens batteries though

All I run in my 6s vehicles are the Zeee/Ovonics/Hoovo 2s 5200mah packs. They're cheap, stay balanced, and give the 6s vehicles plenty of oomph for me.

Hah good to know, that’s fair enough. It’s the battery/charger ecosystem I’m in and enjoy it but nobody likes spammers.

Arguably the best. Lipos as dangerous as they are is the one thing i never skimp on.
