I had a similar issue with these:Being a returning noob to RC, I bought a 2 pack of 3s, 50C, 5200 Powerhobby lipo's from amazon. https://www.amazon.com/PowerHobby-5...coding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=4X9H85ME6DXQQ62124PG
They worked great for about 15 runs. Then I started to notice one of them didn't pack the same punch that the other did. I told the seller and got a brand new pack free "warranty". After 5 runs the new one is starting to degrade like the others. I should have spent the extra $10 and got something better. I'm learning though!

Ordered 2 to run in my stampede/ejato. One seemed really flat performance wise the first run and never got better. After the 4th cycle, it dropped a cell. The other continued to work fine.
I gave the brand another try with the 6200mah 3S for my outcast and so far, the 4 I bought are working great. Charge fine, balance well and perform really well throughout the entire pack until I get to the last minute or so, then it softens up a bit and LVC kicks in.

Probably have 8-10 cycles through them now. I have run them in my savage flux (mmx/2200kv), outcast (blx185/2000kv) and ERBEv2 (MXL6S/2200kv) and they have performed very well. Really good pack, especially when you get them on sale for $40 a piece.
So it seems, the smaller 45c ones may be problematic.
