My buddy get's a really long run time with his gensacearespammers 5000 2x3S packs at the skate park with his talion. Lots of short blips and not much WOT running. WOT running is what murders run time. I think he sits a lot though when he runs. Seems like he gets an hour, but I think he sits and watches a lot. Or is wrenching on it frequently because he doesn't maintain it very well.
I get 27-30 minutes at the skate park running 4S 7400mah SMC packs and 20 minutes when I run at the park, which is a lot more WOT runs. I run an outcast.
Ever since I started running electric 18 months ago, I've made it a point to start a timer for every run. Then I get a good idea how long things last, how much battery performance drops over the sessions and if I see a big dip in time, I probably have excess drag somewhere. My remote has a timer in it. Never used it until I started running electric. With nitro MT's, you can usually see the fuel tank, so you don't judge much by time. Well, I didn't.
