Kraton Battery loop connector help

Hi if I have 2 connectors on esc and want to run a single 6s pack does it matter wich connector I plug the battery into and wich I put a loop on ?

Nope, either way is fine just make sure you have a decent sized cable in the loop to match the esc cables.
