Typhon Battery not Charging

Hello everyone, looking for some input. I have a typhon 4x4 mega 550. This is my second charge on the battery that was included with typhon. The charger flashes red, green and red and then no LEDS at all. The battery was left to charge 6hrs, and it did not charge. Any clues to what may have happened, anyone else with issues. Only had the rc a couple of weeks.

contact horizon. They are not even lipos so they don't last that long. If u want/ and I recommend u should get a 2s lipo for that brushedd 550
