I just got done with a bash session with a number of good jumps and one or two lidders and nose landings. I noticed when I removed my battery that the plastic outer wrap is punctured and it looks like something had pushed against one of the cells. (See picture.) First, is this something that is severe enough that I need to worry about this battery?

Secondly, I think I see what’s causing the issue. It looks like there is an angled plastic piece hanging below the roof brace that is causing this. Anyone else having this issue and how did you correct it?

I had the same thing the first time I took my Kraton out. I ended up putting some fairly hard foam down the whole side and base of the battery tray to help cushion the batteries, I cant remember the exact size but think its around 4mm thick.

I put 3 layers of a cut piece of yoga mat into my battery tray and put T. rex tape on the outside of my batteries. Zero problems with battery flex or punctured batteries.
