Well the only bearing that might be tricky depending on how beat up your old mount and bearing is would be the bearing that's on the inside of the cover, I've never had issues with extracting it, usually I use a small driver or pick tool to push it out from the back side.
 
If it’s stuck in there I use a flat head and go perpendicular across the seal. Being sure it’s resting on the inner and outer lip. Push very gently and move around to the opposite side. They’ll pop out. I’ve never had issues with removing bearings from these locations.

Input gears is another story.

Good time to replace if you still have the metal shielded ones.
