Kraton Beefcake build

So we completely disassembled the EXB with the Beefcake kit. cleaned everything and rebuilt the diffs and shocks. I couldn’t resist putting a PPS motor mount with RPM arms in this build. My sons going to start putting it together this weekend. He’s jacked up to build it.

Nice build! I really like the red RPM arms. I have the black ones on one of mine and really like the stiffness of the thicker RPM’s.

Nice rig. What body you using? On both my XL builds I use the kraton body with body post extenders.

I already run those. I was asking because he said it was an XL kraton so I was curious what body he was running because his rear body posts are not extended out. The last picture his posts are in the normal position.

In my case I run that body till I found or do something different to have a different one but for now just go whit what u think will fit

Did a little building this morning with the boy. Got the rear done and the motor/ESC in.

So I got a little time so I got the back finished just need to put the shocks on. Got the ESC/motor installed and programmed, servo hooked up and centered. fans mounted and tested the front end is 75% done I’m just waiting on a couple parts.

Got up this morning and had some free time so I figured I’d wrap up this build. Came out nice. Just need body posts and wing installed.

I haven’t driven it yet. I’m waiting on couple parts to get here next week. There definitely heavy duty for sure.

Finished the build just need body posts snd the wing mount pieces. Thing is crazy fast. That castle 1520 rips and I’m only running 4S.
