Kraton Bent Driveshaft

Hey guys, I recently bent one of the front axles on my K8 due to a bad landing from a pretty high jump. My question is, should I replace it with another OEM axle, or is it best to upgrade & replace with something beefier/stronger? Thanks!

Just bend it back and keep bashing!

Agreed, though when you start snapping pins too many times upgrade to Vitavon‘s

Vitavons are nice. But take a look at scorched titanium setup.

All happen within a week. First day cups split open I had to keep clamping them back with some vice grips in the field. And finally all but one CVD snapped

They attact a lot of people with the gimmick titanium shafts, but in reality there total trash.

I have the Vitavons on the O8S and are nice and beefy plus you also get the cups. I have the m2c overkill shafts modified with 4mm pins on my K8.

only draw back with the vitavon is you have to pull off the shock tower in order to remove the diffs for service.

and scorched makes absolutely garbage parts.

Yep, just hammer it back straight! It will just happen again. I have several that were not straight out of the box!

If you use a scrap 2x4 this is a much easier task.
