MIP hex drivers and speed bits bro. These things are tighter than a nuns Vjayjay at a Sepultura concert. I only wish they made a 4mm....
 
Buy the best tools you can afford. Sure it hurts up front, but not as much as a cheap hex driver being rounded off.
Quality hex and nut drivers are a must. I wrenched on Tamiya cars for nearly 20 yrs with a Philips screw driver. Eventually bought a JIS one and the difference is night and day.
A battery meter or use a multimeter if you have one
Needle nose pliers come in handy (small and large).
Oh, don't forget a good tool box. I find having some semblance of order is handy versus always digging to the bottom for the tool you want.
