I have the blue lable lipos and people seem to be getting better luck with the pink lables. I take good care of my lipos and they were all new when they puffed, owner would not warranty them and now I'm out of a few hundred bucks. Left a bad taste in my mouth and therefore would not buy squat from them. They do have good power and punch but can no longer recommend them, I'll leave it up to you.

I should have posted this yesterday but iirc @phildogg uses Turnigy Graphene batteries. Check his YouTube channel last time I looked he had a few speed records, fastest Slash 4x4 and I think he currently holds the record for the Limitless but don't quote me on that.

If you are not looking for those last 3mph to be the worlds fastest then its too early to spend the money on SMC V2 6400 mAh packs.

Best of the best is the 6400 mAh packs from SMC (not any other mAh value. There is something special about those cells)
The point is you will have 20+ crashes before you get past 150mph. This is the side of RC Speed running that people don't tell you.
There is no point in putting that sort of money into LiPos until you get past 150.

interesting- I haven’t had a single pack puff on me and I have over 20 of their batteries. I am very anal though and never run them under 3.6 and always put in storage mode after each run.

maybe am just lucky?
