I don't count the number of used and overpriced traxxas ads i see. So many people think that because the brand name is traxxas that it is valuable.

I even read somebody say that back in the begining of traxxas they managed to win against other brands like team asso and losi on tracks....just when Amain released the Arrma VS traxxas video. It is crazy how biased trx fanboy can be.

But anyway, i got a Cen Reeper, in quite good condition, for half that price. So i will pass my way on this trx best deal ever, i regret a little bit, but life is life.

What I don't get is many used RCs I see online for sale with inflated prices claim to be either "fully upgraded" or just "Upgraded". And when you look at pics there appears to all stock components with a cheap Amazon servo or simply new tires. And that makes them feel they can ask for near retail value or better..
When you say "fully upgraded", you better show a pic like this:

Hey, I will have you to know THAT stock chassis was in fact UPGRADED! I bullet proofed it with CARBON FIBER WRAP! 3M, even!
But yeah, my main point is if you're gonna ask $100+ more than it sold brand new you better at least have several hundred dollars in visible upgrades put into it. It's nuts, those people remind me of kids today thinking they are making sound investments by turning say, the 2000 Ford Escort grandma gave them into a "collector's item supercar" with a $1200 spoiler wing, $1000 rims, etc. No matter what they do with it, Blue Book still says they have a sh1tty Ford with an estimated value of say, scrap value of all the aluminum, steel, and copper recycled.
