Best drifting tire?

Hi, I'm new to the rc community, so try not to flame me too much. I bought the arrma fury and I'm mainly looking to drift it. I want some good tires where I won't have to retrofit anything. Since I'm here, how about batteries? Best battery and chargers together hopefully around 30 mins charge time and...... X amount of play time? Links appreciated thanks
