Typhon Best price for Typhon 6s

Hey guys,
I'm in North Carolina and am in the market for the 6s Typhon. Someone told me today that vendors can't sell below $479 plus tax. Is that true? Whats the best price that people have seen online or in stores?

I have a feeling Arrma has set the MAP (minimum advertized price) to $549. Any authorized dealer advertising a lower price could risk getting their distributor agreement revolked.

I rarely see any discounts. Best I've been able to do is with https://vortexhobbies.com - they don't charge sales tax and shipping is free.

You don't have to pay MSRP for Arrmas, you just need to know where to look. I never paid advertised price for any of them.
