Currently my leopard powered v3 Kraton is 14.6lbs with battery, once the tp motor is installed and I add more aluminum it may break the 15lb mark. I would like some stiffer springs for big airs, any recommendations? I've looked ALOT and I cant seem to find anything stiffer than the stockers. Thanks!

Hmmm, I would start shaving some weight off. Use carbon fiber wherever you can. My girl had a weight problem also; it’s the price of power and bullet proofing ?

Have you seen my build? I run a tp 4070cm 2200kv, hw max5 esc, killmode 13,200uf cap pack, 6s 6000mah graphene.

I used Kraton v2 shocks with Tekno orange springs and that was not enough and upgraded to v3 shocks/springs and I am happy with the performance now. Could be a tiny bit stiffer, and i might try Nero springs at some point.

Carbon fiber shock towers, ackerman and steering plate on the way. I don't see it getting much lighter in the future, that weight is with a 6s HRB 5000. If I get those graphene 6k's like I want to she'll be even heavier. Is 100 weight too thick to put in all 4? Do you know what yours weighs with battery?

Old Human scale says 14 pounds with 6s graphene. Not accurate for sure. I think I used 80w Shock oil, but it could have been 60w...

How much does hat chassis weigh compared to stock?

I believe it is 4oz heavier than stock, well worth it for the increased rigidity.

I was looking at Kyosho springs too, looks like their red springs will be a bit stiffer than stock v3's...Can I run 95mm springs on the front too?

I tried the kyosho IF348-916, IF348-1016, and IS106-816 springs and the Kraton v3 springs seemed better; that is why I went with the v3 springs.

That's interesting, Kraton v3 rears are 5.0 lbs/in so the red kyosho of the same length should be a little stiffer being rated at 5.28 lbs/in.
I don't know where else to look :(

I know, I bought the Tekno orange springs to try on v2 shocks, then all these springs also just to determine that the v3 shocks/springs were the best for my application.

I know thicker shock oil will help but I would really like some stiffer springs for huge airs, I cant believe there are no additional spring rates offered. There must be something...
