You will be fine with the typhon a arms no changes are needed
Heres mine with the typhon a arms

Now THAT is a much used and loved BRCC!

Your car appears to be sitting lower than stock - is that a result of the arms or another mod?
But thanks for confirming - I’ll look into the arms!

I think these the ones i need: ARA330542.
I already have the RPM A arms, glad you mentioned this so i can order them.

Been raining this passed week, figured I'd try and find a new body for the BRCC. Looked through some old stock at the LHS. The Proline Raptor for a T-Maxx and REVO was the closest match. It is a little wide, which forced me to trim out the wheel wells a little more, but I'm happy with it.
looks really good i am looking at getting one for myself.

Nice thread I'll add my info. Converted a used Senton I bought.

  1. Replace OEM Bearings with Jims Senton S3 Sealed Bearings
  2. Install GPM Tie Rods (Free with car)
  3. Replace OEM Reciever and Transmitter with DumboRX-X6 with Gyro
  4. ZD Racing Big Bore Shocks 50W
  5. Replace Diff fluid with 30k rear and 50k Front
  6. Replace Steering Servo with 25kg Servo (180 degree version)
  7. Black Kimbrough Servo Saver
  8. 5x7mm Shims for the stock bellcrank to take up slop. (Hot Racing Steering Pivot Balls)
  9. Change pinion to 15T since I have bigger tires and might go bigger still. Making this a Big Rock now.
  10. Adjustable Motor Mount from Arrma
  11. RPM Arms and new hinge pins
  12. Replace Diffs and a steel gear 4s Slipper Assembly
  13. Tower brace from Kraton 4s (need the LWB version).
  14. Two sets of Kraton 4s Body Mounts and Posts (The Big Rock/Grannite body mounts are the same as the Front Kraton Body Mount)
  15. BigRock/Kraton Side Mounts
  16. TBone Outcast Front Bumpers and Granite Rear Bumper
Things I want to do:
  1. Hot Racing 17mm Hex extenders (Purchased not installed)
  2. Belted Tires: Trenchers or Badlands

WRICKSTA - thanks for all the play by play on your transformation. Great information!!! I am eager to do the wheels, with hub extensions and quell the incessant rollovers!!!

Has anyone tried upgrading shocks to BLX 6S shocks? I heard they are an easy swap over and dramatically improves the suspension. Perhaps finding them may be the biggest challenge.

Will longer A-Arms require changes to shocks and/or drive shafts? - Because then it starts to get into foreign territory for me! (Sorry for rookie questions!)
You will more than likely have to adjust the camber on the front wheels when you widen the stance. I installed the Typhon 3s arms on my Granite and only had the composite non-adjustable links so I had to buy a set of Typhon 3s composite links as well as some adjustable links for the camber as the front wheels were tipped in at the top too much. But since your Big Rock already has the adjustable links you should be fine.

I purchased something similar but I noticed your mounting holes for the body are different. What did use do?

edit:
Nvm I didn't know someone quoted an older thread. Probably a different version of the BRCC.
