Does anybody have a motor and ESC recommendation for the big rock

Are you trying to maintain something close to stock or an upgrade? Also, if this is a new vehicle and you are having issues with the motor/ESC (as you alluded to in another post), you have a 2 year warranty with Horizon - exercise that and get a replacement motor/ESC.

The truck is older than 2 years old and I'm looking for something close to stock or an upgrade haven't decided yet

An upgrade would be the Hobbywing SCT combo mentioned above. You can get a BLX100/Firma100 from Jenny's for around $45. Stock motors are also available or pick up a Hobbystar motor as a cheaper alternative.

System out of redcat kuiju.hobbywing bl150a quikrun an a 4068-2650kv. Jennyrc has them.
75ish for esc an 40ish for motor.can run 3,4,5,6s..no fans needed on lower volts
