What are the handling characteristics as compared to a regular Outcast?

No comparison. It's like its on rails. The control in the air is like no other rc I have driven. It's so planted and predictable that it's just fun to drive and show off. I forgot to list I run a Spektrum S6230 servo and 100k/500k/60k differential fluids. I also use the HR sway caps.
