Notorious Bind chip location

Can anyone tell me exactly where the bind chip goes and if it is ok to plug engine cooling fan into it on Notorious v4?.

It goes n the plug that says bind. And yes you can use it to power a fan

Would the fan be better off plugged in to the Auxiliary than the bind?

Shouldn't matter. All the channels are on the same power rail in the receiver.
