BLX185 in my Arrma Nero not working

I purchased this Nero 8 or so years ago. I got to drive it 5-6 times when this issue started. I couldn't figure it out so I gave up and shelved the rc. I'm now trying to repair it.
I have steering, but when I give it throttle I get the two green lights and a beep.

I've tried to reset the throttle control, checked the wires leading from the esc and tried to reset the esc, any other help would be appreciated.

What kind of battery is connected?
Reminder that BLX185 is 3S to 6S ESC, can't tell from your video but might just be a 2S battery.

I had to replace the batteries, as one of them wouldn't take a charge, and then I reset the throttle setpoint and seemed to do the trick.
