From the electronic part of view it will fit, but I do not know how it is concerning the size. But I guess it will also fit.
But maybe you also have a look to an max8. Its the same but with more setting options.
In case of max8 you need the additional caps (or you make some cap pack DIY)
 
Have one in my Kraton build along with the Nero motor and it's a beast.

Can the drivetrain of the Kraton handle it? I assumed the Nero and Fazion had beefed up drivetrain parts to handle the 200 system. Am I wrong?
 
I haven't had any issues yet, and just bought a second Nero Motor and ESC to use in another truck, maybe my Outcast. I have a Kraton I built from scratch that I put this setup in, and another Kraton I bought, so that's why it might go in the Outcast.
As for the Nero/Fazon, they're a lot heavier than the Kraton/Talion platform.
