Swap to senton towers and it opens up any of the pro line 1/8 bodies. I run the baja bug and c10 on mine. as far as buggy bodies go a lot of them mount a little different so it's a little tougher to find one that mounts the same way as the stock one. Only downside to a full body is you will have to widen the arms to clear on turns and it makes it mostly a modified outcast/notorious hahahaha.
