Wheelbase and width.
The Outcast/Notorious are similar in dimensions to the Traxxas E-Maxx so most of the bodies that fit the E-Maxx should fit on the Outcast/Notorious.
E-Maxx has a wheelbase of 13.2 inches and a width of 16.5 inches.
Outcast/Notorious have a wheelbase of 12.91 inches and a width of 18.15 inches.

No other model fits on the BRCC? So far only the Proline Raptor seems to fit.
The standard blue body is so boring.
