Kraton Bolt stuck in EXB rear chassis brace

Hi, I now have two of these. Any ideas on how to get it out?

I will start using a longer bolt so that I can use tools from the other side..

And yes, it's secured with red loctite :/

Maybe I could force it out with a hammer and use a thicker bolt?

Use a smaller drill bit and reverse the the drill counter clockwise, it worked for me when I snapped my motor mount screw..

heat up the remainder of the screw with some heat gun or lighter (since both parts are metal the worst thing that could happen is a little bit of blackening), then after the parts are nice and hot use a left hand drill bit to extract it.

I have that on my wish list, but I think the screw will snap anyway? Maybe that's what saved my chassis from bending.

I'd drill it out and run a bigger bolt with a locknut instead of trying to save the threads.

I had a similar problem with a plastic part. Drilled it out bigger and used epoxy to put a 3mm brass sleeve in there.

Get an ezout, dress the end of the bolt with the ezout, then heat it to kill the red locktite and use the other end of the ezout ot remove it. You will need to heat it though probably to loosen the loctite.

If I were to buy one, I'd go with the not cheap one as I've needed one on many occasions, so it would get used.
