Bonka vs gensacearespammers

Hi folks!
I’m driving my senton 3S BLX on a Bonka 5200 / 75c (150c burst, whatever that means) and i really don’t have anything to relate to when it comes to lipos. I am going to buy a second battery and was thinking about the gensacearespammers Bashing 5000mah/50c.
Since the discharge is less, do i feel less performance/punch? I’ve read som much good about the gensacearespammers but was thinking about the discharge-rate (even though I’ve understod that it might be a very overrated parameter).
What would you pick?
