Does the spur gear move too? The big gear next to the small gear on the motor. If it does then you have a differential problem.
what happens when you roll the truck manually?

Have you tightened your slipper at all? Very common issue that it becomes loose and will spin freely and not grab when under power from the pinion. There are vids out there how to fix. I’ll find one to post.

probably what I came across, either loose pinion gear or loose slipper clutch or both!

Tightening the clutch should be tried first, if that fails, slide the motor out.

Like said above, check pinion/spur gear. Slipper assembly then diffs in that order. Probably something simple like slipper adjustment if pinion and spur is ok.

Too loose means extra heat which is bad, too tight means too much torque which will break components which is bad.

When I first got started I found this helpful. Shows how to tighten it on the fly. 8:11 shows the info.

When you are ready to pull it and fix the issue with constant loosening and tightening.
