Brand new Nero 9 weeks out of order

After few pack (5/6) my ESC was out of order. No more output current !
The receiver was dead too.
The Nero as a strange behavior since the second pack.
I purchased this brand new Nero few weeks ago.
For me a difference between a great manufacturer and other is the after sale.
And I can not understand Arrma.
The Nero is not a cheap MT.

It's today more than 9 weeks I'm waiting my electronics. More than I got this rc in my hands !

Worse than this, when I phone, they gave me false informations : "You'll receive it next week, it's on the way !"
Off course, not tracking number, nothing. Why ?
Because is not on the way and I begin to doubt to get it back.
I sent email to Arrma europe and Arma International : no one answer.
It looks like if they had put the key under the door.

They can have difficulties for parts, but lying !

I made my choice for the Nero for the warranty and parts availability. Big mistake !
If I new that, I purchased a Thunder Tiger. It's not better if you have problem but it's finaly better and cheaper.

Before loosing money on an Arrma rc, think twice !

yep...i understand..this is a growing frustration..not sure how this will play out...
but looking online...i was shopping for parts for my other vehicles..and lack of replacement parts seems to be affecting alot of brands and may spread to them all...not sure...something going on overseas with suppliers etc...my guess at least...
