Kraton Broke pinion gear

Just ran my truck for the third time and started hearing a funny noise. Found a tooth was broke off. Has anyone had that problem? Would it be covered under warranty?

I just got mine a couple days ago, changed my center diff oil and while i had it apart i checked my pinion/spur clearance.I thought it was a bit to loose so tightened it up .Might want to check your clearance with the remaining teeth,it should be a warranty part failure.

That's what I thought. I put the 14t on and changed the diff fluid to 100k and my God. Truck is almost to fast
