I think I have just sheered my rod end off and also broken my suspension):

I have lost the spring

Could you have a look at the video please ?

Do you happen to no what parts I will need to fix please ?

I am gutted because I only just fixed it and now broken again

Looks like you’re down a turnbuckle/link and a shock. Hobby stores might sell those individually, but I would take the chance to upgrade. Both of those parts are not great. 4s kraton shocks off Jenny’s are as cheap as buying 3s from a hobby store.

For the tie rods, I would probably just get the whole set off Jenny’s and then get a ball replacement kit off Amazon from hot racing…
