Broken M2C shock cap

Am I the first to rip the mounting tab off an M2C shock cap?! ?

I think I found the down side to running HR aluminum shock rod ends...
If I had a normal or Tekno end on there I’m pretty sure that would have broke instead of the cap. ?

It's the M2C 4mm upgraded stand offs. I just put those on my outcast... not sure why really as I have yet to break a bolt off on the stock ones. Bent them a little... I had added it to the list for Christmas with the rear tower brace and my wife got them both.

Any landing on one corner is bound to be costly... I had a dog bone fly 30 feet from crash landing spot on a rear end tomb stone landing at 40mph... Wasn't pretty... But killin the M2C cap... ?
