Broken Motor Shaft bearing caused friction inside motor housing, is my motor salvageable?

Bearing at the end of the motor shaft inside the motor housing broke today, causing the shaft magnet thing to rub all over the inside of the almost circuit board looking material that it’s supposed to spin around. I’ve got most of this black soot off the shaft itself but there’s still a decent amount on above mention circuit board green thing it sits in (hope that makes sense). Is it even worth cleaning if, if so, certain type of solution that would work best? I feel like if I could clean it all out it’d be fine, I’ve replaced the bearing already but the soot is still causing friction.

Clean it and try to save or just get a new motor? ANDDD If I get a motor, what would you suggest? Heard wth a higher KV motor I might have to change to a different pinion? I have 13T and 15T pinions currently. Already upgraded metal spur gear no issues there. Thanks guys. (y)

Looks a little toasted. If it’s new contact horizon.
If it’s out of warranty/bought used replace the motor with a hobbywing 3650 motor and if budget allows a max10sct esc
I paid $40 and fixed magnets that exploded and new bearings, really easy fix but that’s on a tekin 2050 on my eb but all motors are same
