building a better Outcast

I do not have any 6K diff oil but I do have 7k website says 6k
 
7K is what I put in my outcast 4s diffs. Spec used to say 5k for 4s, now it sasys 6K, but 10K for 3s, so I chose a happy medium to fill them. Mine handles awesome and not popping any axles. I also have HR steering and pivot ball set to tighten up the handling though, along with a good fast servo and a better radio system.

Gonna use my spektrum 3S And protec 110 servo
 
All through your forms everybody's having problems with Bearings slippers Even contacted the company and they told me they would buy me new parts But it tears up a transmission after 2 days never even played with the slipper clutch left that the way it came and it still torn up after 2 days Like I've said before I've had cars that i have Owned for years and never replaced a Bearing
Man shut the fiddlestick up. I abouse my Arrma cars and have no such problems. I own a nero, notorious and 2 Mojaves 6s and all of them are running stuck bearings and clutchses

Nero notorious and mojaves do NOT have a slipper clutch they have a center diff and a metal drivetrain

This is a talion center diff just leaking used 4s battery just got today

Today starts the rebuilding of the outcast diff And yes the talion is way too much fun That's why I haven't rebuilt the diff yet And I think I made better use of my subwoofer money

@Rad369 then buy a #Traxxas and Join there forum so we don't have to hear ya cry anymore :cry::cry:

And how's that a traxxas diff??


@Rad369 I would go through everything. FYI, I'm in the middle of a 6s Notorious rebuild, got all new diffs from a new kit breakdown, there was really no oil in the diffs...the only reason why I opened the diffs was to change the weights of fluids from whatever cst to what I know, which is TLR 7K, 10K, 7K (F.C.R) weights. In my 8ight-T Nitro, 7K, 10K, 5k...
 
All I was showing was how much diff oil was actually in the outcast Now that I got all metal gears I just beat the hell out of it and it still standing Along with doing slipper clutch lock tight at 1.25 turns runs like a champ
 
Why you don't drive with your top off I'm surprised it lasted this long as many times this thing's been on its top

Since I can't buy no more parts for the outcast and the hobby shop carries more parts for the losi mini 8t Looks like I'll be building on the 8t Since I only need shocks and diff cup and metal guts for the outcast and then I'm done with that it's bulletproof
