The problem with the Hobbywing heat sink is it is 2.3mm larger than the motor can so the amount of contact between the heat sink and the motor is not enough to help that much. Someone needs to make a heat sink like the Hobbywing but slightly smaller, or a copper sleeve to go between the motor and heat sink. I could easily make a liquid cooler for the motor, but a liquid cooler is a tad overkill over a toy car.

You guys have any tips on taking out the diffs...

Like how do I clean them and with what? and what should i use to re-lube them?

I've heard about people putting different weights in the front and rear, what's the benefit of that?

How to remove Arrma front/rear diffs

How to remove center diff.

How to rebuild Arrma diffs.

How to clean diffs.

A video on basic diff info

Use Team Associated Diff oil, experiment with different weights, what weight you need will depend on what you want the vehicle to do.

To add to this, the cooler does not fit with a 12tt pinion, it hits the output cup on the center diff.

Hey what's up guys??

I ran into bizarre problem about 10 minutes ago and I'm just not sure what to do...

I just installed the hot racing servo mount on my kraton...finished everything up. It was actually a lot more then I anticipated to get that mount on lol

So during the process I unplugged the servo so I could run the cable trough the mount and then I plugged it back in while I continued to put the rest of the mount together. I just put the last 4 screws in on the receiver box and plugged 2 batteries in and turned on the esc so the servo would go to zero so I put the last screw back in to the steering knuckle?? Not sure what it's called lol so she'll run straight without having to trim....

Long story short...I have NO STEERING now!!! :(:(:(

I'm stuck lol

Any help would be great everyone...

Thank you!!

Oh and the throttle works!!...radio and esc is on extra hobby wing fan and throttle are working....just no servo :-(

You were 100% right slick....I'm a moron :confused::confused::confused: lol

Thank you so much...She's up and running
Gotta love the ID10T errors. I did the same thing when I swapped out my servo.

You always get back to me slick! Lol

Thanks again....gonna grab a bottle of simple green tomorrow :)
I try to help everyone as much as I can.

I need to find a better solution for the wing mount, my Rpm one is starting to twist. My stock one was really bad, it never broke just kind of turned into a pretzel.
