Anyone familiar with aligning gantry’s?
Ok, both X axes are independently driven via linear actuators. I need to design a pivoting feature to align X to Y. I have a pivot pin and bushing on the left side but I need something on the other to shift the gantry on top of the bearings to align X.
This is one idea I have.
Thoughts?

Note: Gantry does not allow flex. It is rigid. Alignment is critical. More so than if it were flexible.
