Can Big rock handle 4S

Can I use a 4S lipo in my big rock or is it 3S lipo only. I’m just askig because I don’t want to buy a 4S lipo and it now work.

You can only use a 4s LiPo if you installed a 4s system. Stock can handle 3s max.

It was already stated need the system to match. I assume you have removed the BLX100 ESC for a 4S ESC like a Firma 130 or something that is 4S compatible or BLX185 so you can run 2x 2S lipo?

If and when you do, you will stress the drivetrain if you do not upgrade at the wheels and the power module like the slipper clutch and all those plastic gears (spur, rear input, pinion) to change them to metal or a combination.

So for a proper 4S Big Rock, you need to change more than the battery.
