Can I run 1/8th scale truggy tires on Nero?

Can I run a 1/8 scale truggy pinned tire on my nero 6s for better traction on my local hard packed dirt track, it slides all over and I want it to handle better, do the typhon tires fit or anything you guys are using

I put on 40 series pro line bow tie (they don't make them any more) geared up to the 17 tooth pinion running 4s 9000 mah and seems to go like a champ.. everything in nd is pretty much hard packed and it hooks up rather well.

what size wheels and tires do I need

can run any wheel tire combo with 17mm hex input...long as it clears the suspension....but surely..any arrma tires and wheels. ..and most traxxas revo size stuff...17mm hex...good to go...

looks like it...from quick research. ..they all have 17mm hex inputs ..
