If I am reading the specs right, it is a 50w, 5a charger.

So max - if your pack is at 3.5ps, the charge rate will be about 2.4a. (50w limit) As the pack charges, that charge rate will drop to closer to 2.0a @ 4.15vps. Total charge time will be about 3 hours.

To charge a 6s 6500mah pack at 1C, 6.5a, you need about 160W. Add in a bit of safety factor, and I'll call it 175W to charge it safely. A 1C charge rate will get the pack charged in about an hour.

Personally, I like to charge at 2c, half hour charges. For that, you need 13A and 350W.
