Castle sensor wire extension! SOS!

So I have a problem Houston! the longest sensor harness they make isn’t long enough for my application so can I just solder in the length needed from another sensor lead or ? Any suggestions my setup is limitless v1 center brace esc mount xlx2 and 1717 castle in factory spot so it doesn’t reach ! Ughhh always something to challenge you in this hobby tho ! Gotta love it!

I would call CC and ask them.
I am not sure if soldering a sensor lead is correct to do. The lead handles freqs. signals. Even a dirty sensor connection for instance can wreak havoc. Sometimes the motor's temp readings get skewed.
Call CC first.

What length have you tried or what length do you need? There are some decently long ones out there. You can connect and brand sensor cable to the cc harness

Using something like this along with the castle harness would get you another 30mm or so. Would that do the trick?

See this is why I love you guys tears of joy lol nosa but thank you so much brother ima try this way as I was hesitant in trying to solder in a section because of the data so I was unsure …..

You are the man ! Perfect! Plug n play! I apreciate you brother !!! I’ve tried the 300mm castke harness and wasn’t long enough but with this “adapter” it mite just make it but def with the 400mm hobby wing …thanx again for the Knowledge brother

Good to know that u can use any sensor harness I couldn’t get a definitive answer on that in my rabbit holes lol but I tried the 300mm castle the longest they make and I’m short like 50mm if that so the 300 castle with that castke “adapter” mite work if not like u said there’s some long ones out there like the 400mm hobby wing someone suggested ..thank you for the reply brother !
