Cell IR vs Charge Rate?

I am cycling a new battery that arrived a couple days ago, and I am noticing that the internal resistance of the cells is falling as I raise the charging rate. Is this a function of charge rate or the pack breaking in?

The pack will change over the first 10-20 cycles as it builds its norm - quite typical - I wouldnt care about the first 20 IR readings really - from 30-50 it actually tells you the truth unless you mishandling the pack from early eg running it below 15%

OK. I never noticed this trend before (mainly because I didn't pay attention...) I am starting to keep a spreadsheet of stats for each of my batteries so that I can see trends related to battery aging. Thanks for the reply.
