I'm doing diff maintenance and I already got the front and rear diff filled with new fluid and greased the ring gear with some Red n Tacky. Do you guys put any grease on the center ring gear that meshes with the motor?

Nope. Will fill with grime and turn into grinding paste. Some guys use a dry lube - I don't.
 
The center diff gear is usually referred to as a "spur" on these things.

I use a wax based lube on mine after every bash. Helps quiet it down and limit pinion wear while not attracting dirt. If you don't have wax or graphite lube, then no lube is better on an exposed gear like that.
