Kraton Chassis Clarification, Version?

Purchased a Kraton 6s BLX a few months ago and its been absolute blast and a tons of fun. Been watching a ton of youtube videos about all the m2c stuff and what not, and I noticed something from their chassis that was different from mine. So I checked from the arrma exploded view of the Kraton 6s BLX and it looked the same as the m2c one. So I opened up the manual from the box that I bought mine and it looked the same as the websites exploded view and m2c one.

So why does mine have the extra, from the looks of it some type of slot, and a screw hole??? Did I get sold a v4 and the others are v5 or something?

that’s a V5 chassis from what I remember. Because of the square hole for the brace to sit along with the counter sunk screw hole match the holes up to this..

Interesting! Just confusing to have something in hand that doesn't match the manual out of the box, nor the picture from the exploded view from the website lol.

Yeah the V5 chassis has an extra hole and and that slot. The only car that utilizes the slot is the Talion.

what they said. they are unused on the kraton 6s v5. if your unsure if you have a v5 because of some holes in your chassis then look at the other tell tale signs.

Ah ok, thank you for clarifying that for me. I thought mine was missing something, or something had broken off.

Does the Mojave use them too? I can't remember.
