You could also see if Jenny's have the Copperhead 2s in stock. I would go with a quality tire rather than a cheap one. You know the saying, buy cheap buy twice!

I replaced the wheels with DE Racing speedline plus 1/8 Truggy wheels which are available in multiple colors and eventually wrapped them in Kevlar kite string.

For 1/8 Buggy i have try before many CHEAP tyres.
All was CRAP exxept One of them.
The GOOD ones and cheap i found are out of market today totally. This was 5-6 years ago. Sad i did not buy more of them before.

Good Tyres is important if you want enjoy the modern power these cars got today.
Also the cheap tyres is not straight, they shake little always.
This will destroy your engine and drivetrain like 30-50% quicker than perferct good tyres do.

So in the end the price will be almost same.
You also loose power to the ground with cheap tyres.
Your S4 car will drive like 3s because alot lost grip.
And the Car is also more diffucult handle. This can end up soon in a Huge Crash that destroys alot.

Cheap tyres is ok if you drive slow 2s trucks.
Please try avoid them max if you have fast big car.
Its not worth it at all if you have Car with alot power.

Try some good brand with Medium compound. these is mostly perfect, and last little longer.

If you do alot speedruns with 6s you want the best tyres i think. Belted stuff also.


How many Cells you drive?
How do you drive your Car?
And on what Surface mostly?

What size you got there?
40 series ? or ?.
Also what HEX ? 12 or 17mm ?

Next week i will try some new cheap 40series in a Nitro Truggy 1/8
These are 17mm Hex,
don't know how these run. I will tell more about them next week

Now i read, the car is Kraton.
S3 or S4 version?
S4 got bigger tyres than S3 Kraton i believe ?
That car maybe has 32 size ? the S4 version ?

Here you have Real Rubber tyres and wheels cheap. They are not glued, if you glue them good, maybe they can work?

Not sure about the wheels but those are definitely HSP Fangs tires.

I ordered some of the WC1024. I already had a set of the WC1011 that I’ve been using for the last year that have held up pretty well. Granted, I’m still running 4S in my V3 so YMMV.
