Is there a speciality tool or wrench to remove composite ball cups? Normal pliers may wreck plastic.

Do you mean taking rod ends off the rods or what? Any damage you do will be superficial. If you're so worried, wrap something like a rag around your pliers.

Ya, the rod end. Mine popped off and bent the washer so I'm ordering a new one. The part number from the manual says AR330230 but comes with bunch of other parts as well. Probably should of researched better to see if they sell rod ends separately? Was just curious what size the rod end and part number is if I wanted to buy a small wrench for it as it is on there pretty tight.

Like I said, I put something between the pliers and whatever I don't want to scratch. E.g. for shock shafts i use a piece of rubber (cut up bike inner tube). Grips but protects the part. Not sure if there's pliers specifically for rod ends (like there are for shock shafts).

That part # looks good, and you'll get some extra spares for the parts bin :)
