"Burning rubber?" Nope....they are plenty sticky! Maybe once I get this thing brushless powered? I really like the Banditos, I have another set for my Slash 2WD for when I'm running primarily pavement. They really don't do too bad on dirt or even grass.

I was wondering about a set of road tires as well. I do a fair amount of on-road driving and the stock tires are getting chewed up pretty fast on brushless 2s. Does anyone know if they ballon or not?

Mine don’t, but I haven’t converted to brushless. My Slash has a fairly mild 3520kv system, but I don’t recall the Banditos ballooning much. Again, my stuff is mild on 2S. Can’t speak for a system that’s hotter. The 2.8 Banditos are pretty wide, so I could imagine them getting pretty tall with some real power spinning them.
